My first visit to Sincere was an amazing experience from start to finish! Cerenity absolutely nailed my hair!! She brought my inspiration photo to life perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Abbey absolutely nailed it. I came in with chopped box bleach money pieces and box black and she lifted me to the most GORGEOUS bronde. The goal is eventually platinum but the color she created is literally so pretty I might want to keep it. I called the salon the next day to leave a good review. All of the women working were so sweet and helpful and it’s clear they enjoy working together. Wonderful experience and I’m so so so happy with the results.

I absolutely love this place! I was going to wait til my 2nd appointment to post but I couldn't wait. I wanted to find a new salon and hair stylist and Im so glad that I did! All the girls are so sweet and amazing and I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Qiana today and she is absolutely 💯 amazing! She listened thoroughly to what I was wanting for my hair and understood the assignment... my hair look is a little different than your average and for unseen circumstances on my part . So i got my all over color (mostly) and I have to go back next week for the rest ( my trademark underneath part) and she was more than understanding. I love my hair as it is bc Quiana made my hair look amazing and if i wasnt already set on doing the next part I would honestly keep it as is, but I cant wait til the other part is done! I also feel like im done searching for a new hair salon 🥰 I highly recommend coming here! I'll post pictures after the next appointment. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

My whole experience was absolutely amazing. I was offered water and snacks, the entire staff was super kind, and my stylist Quiana did a beautiful job on my hair and got me as close to what I wanted as she possibly could just in one session (I am going blonde from DARK brown). Sincere Salon got us in (2 appts) last minute, Megan and Elle did an AMAZING job and it was affordable! Everyone was super nice as well. I think we found our long term salon! Definitely a hidden gem in Clifton Park!

This salon is so cute! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the decor is chic and adorable. Gabriella was friendly, kind, carried a great conversation, and gave me the CUTEST haircut! This place is a gold mine especially with my hair stylist Serenity who is extremely professional, talented, knows her stuff, very personable, funny and easy to talk to. She just “gets it” when I describe what I want done. She is a master at creating the perfect hair color, and she is up on the latest hair cuts and styling. She knows what I want more than I do and every time I leave I just want to click my heels with excitement. She even discusses the next plan for what she will do when I come in. The place is beautiful and sophisticated looking and the prices are so fair and honest. It is even fun to watch the other stylists working as they exude the same confidence and professionalism with their clients too in this field. Everyone is beautiful hardworking and happy to be there.

Krista is the best she is amazing at what she does! Very friendly and welcoming staff as well as very affordable prices. The atmosphere is just so nice I drive 3 hours to see Krista because she is worth the trip!! I have yet to meet a staff member that was not warm and welcoming, just very great vibes overall. Our son is very particular about his hair. As an autistic child, his hair is one of his sensory ‘triggers,’ so finding the right stylist has been a challenge. Maddie was incredible—she listened carefully to both him and us, showed immense patience, and asked thoughtful questions throughout the process. We’ve had his hair cut two or three times since moving to New York, but this is the first haircut he’s not only been happy with but absolutely loved. He even asked us to take a picture to use as a reference for future haircuts! That said, we definitely plan on sticking with Maddie moving forward. Highly recommend!

Came in for a hair refresh. My hair was a mix of cool toned dirty blonde roots, with some brassy/brown miss/ends. I recently had weight loss surgery which can cause hair thinning. My ends were basically transparent and needed to go!! I wanted some highlights to add some dimension and flare to my hair. McKenzie was the stylist who took care of me and turned my hair dreams, into a reality. From beginning to end, she made me feel so comfortable and safe. I knew I was in good hands. Do not hesitate to give Sincere a try! They have the sweetest staff who are all skilled in a multitude of hair coloring/styling techniques.
