Sincere Salon got us in (2 appts) last minute, Megan and Elle did an AMAZING job and it was affordable! Everyone was super nice as well. I think we found our long term salon! Definitely a hidden gem in Clifton Park!
The service was amazing. All of the women working made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is the salon was welcoming and cozy. My hairdresser listened to all of my concerns and made me fall in love with my hair again. My overall experience was perfect.

This salon is so cute! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the decor is chic and adorable. Gabriella was friendly, kind, carried a great conversation, and gave me the CUTEST haircut! Her people and hair skills are top-notch. She made sure she understood what I was looking for and asked questions/checked in along the way to make sure I was happy with how things were going. I left feeling like I got exactly what I wanted and had a great experience, too! I will definitely be returning! 😊

I had the best experience ever. Cerenity colored my hair and she truly nailed it. She’s very personable and easy to talk to and knows exactly what she’s doing. This place is a gold mine especially with my hair stylist Serenity who is extremely professional, talented, knows her stuff, very personable, funny and easy to talk to. She just “gets it” when I describe what I want done. She is a master at creating the perfect hair color, and she is up on the latest hair cuts and styling. She knows what I want more than I do and every time I leave I just want to click my heels with excitement. She even discusses the next plan for what she will do when I come in. The place is beautiful and sophisticated looking and the prices are so fair and honest. It is even fun to watch the other stylists working as they exude the same confidence and professionalism with their clients too in this field. Everyone is beautiful hardworking and happy to be there.

Krista is the best she is amazing at what she does! Very friendly and welcoming staff as well as very affordable prices. The atmosphere is just so nice I drive 3 hours to see Krista because she is worth the trip!! I have yet to meet a staff member that was not warm and welcoming, just very great vibes overall. I found this salon using a Google search and I am so glad I found it!
Our son is very particular about his hair. As an autistic child, his hair is one of his sensory ‘triggers,’ so finding the right stylist has been a challenge. Maddie was incredible—she listened carefully to both him and us, showed immense patience, and asked thoughtful questions throughout the process. We’ve had his hair cut two or three times since moving to New York, but this is the first haircut he’s not only been happy with but absolutely loved. He even asked us to take a picture to use as a reference for future haircuts! That said, we definitely plan on sticking with Maddie moving forward. Highly recommend!

I came in feeling very unconfident with my hair and left feeling like my best self. I had gotten my hair done somewhere else and was not satisfied so I reached out to Cerenity. Came in for a hair refresh. My hair was a mix of cool toned dirty blonde roots, with some brassy/brown miss/ends. I recently had weight loss surgery which can cause hair thinning. My ends were basically transparent and needed to go!! I wanted some highlights to add some dimension and flare to my hair. McKenzie was the stylist who took care of me and turned my hair dreams, into a reality. From beginning to end, she made me feel so comfortable and safe. I knew I was in good hands.
