Microblading & Lash Lounge

Our private Microblading & Lash Lounge (located in a separate building on our Latham property) is home to a variety of services focused on eyebrows and eyelashes.

Microblading is a semi-permanent form of cosmetic tattooing for your eyebrows. Unlike traditional tattoos, which use a tattoo gun, microblading uses a blade-shaped tool with a row of tiny, barely visible needles to create hair-like strokes along your brows while depositing pigment into your skin. The result? Realistic-looking brow hairs that don’t wash off and can last for several years.

Our highly trained lash technicians specialize in classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash extensions.

    It was my first time at Sincere and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience there! It was a great atmosphere, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Morgan did a fantastic job! She was very personable, she gave great tips for styling my hair, she helped me choose a new hair color, and I love my new color more than I was expecting! The price was also reasonable. I can't wait for my next appointment!

    Cayla was absolutely phenomenal!! She is soooo incredibly talented, so professional, so sweet, caring, FAST, and just an extremely outstanding hair ARTIST! She did exactly what I was looking for and more! Not only that, she educated me thru everything and taught me things I can do at home (like how to blow dry my hair faster with being a new mom)! I can't express enough good things about Cayla or how much I was so impressed with her! Thank you Cayla for making me feel incredibly happy and beautiful! Your outstanding!

    Always feel very comfortable and relaxed when I come to the salon. Always look forward to my hair appointments as they are so relaxing and Blaine is just so sweet and is so nice and makes you feel so very comfortable to be there. The rest of the staff is also very nice and cordial too. Great place!!

    It was a good experience and I'm happy with the results. I made a drastic change and my stylist checked in every step of the way to make sure I liked it. She was very kind and did a great job. The front desk was also very nice and the whole atmosphere felt elegant. I'm very happy and will be returning the next time I need a change!

    Blaine absolutely SLAYED my daughters hair. She has been struggling tremendously with some confidence issues and when she left this salon, she was feeling like a million bucks!! Sincere squeezed her in so it was done before the first day of school and the prices literally shock me, in a good way!! Especially for a mama on a budget! Cannot recommend Sincere enough to everyone I know!! Abby is a doll and kicked butt doing her hair before and Cayla has the best and most infectious personality!! Run to Sincere!! 🏃🏻‍♀️

    Today was my very first visit to Sincere Salon and Lounge and I had a wonderful experience! I called to schedule an appointment and the girl I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and warm. Upon arriving at the salon I was instantly impressed and had a really good feeling about the place. I visited their newest location in Clifton Park, which was very easy to find. It is a gorgeous space filled with elegant and simple touches of black, white, and gold. Abbey was my stylist and she did an excellent job communicating with me. I came in for a haircut. She was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I left feeling great! Looking forward to scheduling my next appointment. Do yourself a favor and give them a call today! Highly recommend without reservation.

    I’ve been going to sincere salon for over three years now, mainly to Heather. Since she’s been on leave of absence I of course had to go see someone else. For context, I have a masculine haircut - buzzed sides and maybe 3-4in length on top for a comb over.First gripe: the stylist I came to see did not do a thorough job with my hair and I only noticed in the evening after examining the back of my head when I got home. At least a quarter of my scalp in the back was not trimmed properly, and it looked like jimmy neutron had a bad hair day. The base of my neck was completely untouched by trimmers as well. The whole thing looks uneven.Second gripe: on website it says men’s haircuts are 30-45 minutes, women’s are over 45 minutes. Mine took 35 minutes and that’s with some chatting (which I didn’t mind). I was told to book women’s next time. Can someone explain why? Just because I identify as a woman doesn’t mean the cut it women’s (see photo attached and tell me it’s not an average men’s cut).Third gripe: I told the stylist that her scissors weren’t sharp enough because they were pulling my hair and hurting me. She said “yeah I know” and proceeded to keep using them. Explain???TLDR: since Heather hasn’t been at the salon, it’s not the same. I’d say she’s one of the very very few professionals that does a very thorough careful job and double checks everything, to the point where I never have to worry about my hair looking weird when I check it out. Sincere salon is not the same since a few of their long standing professionals left, I rest my case.UPDATE: Cayla absolutely saved the day with fantastic technique, she fixed my hair with a clean seamless fade and reshaped the top part in a way I didn’t realize I needed. Thanks to the owner who gave me a call, showed a lot of care and grace, and redeemed the salon for me. Will be back to see Cayla no doubt
